Reporting to: Branch Manager
Function : Sales
No. of people reporting: 6 (Relationship Managers)
1. To recruit & develop a team of Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales & Distribution
2. Key Performance Indicators and volume targets.
1. Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.
2. Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.
3. Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of ARLI products into specified target segments.
4. Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system.
5. Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.
6. Assist the Trainer to ensure licensing and certification within prescribed Service Level Agreements.
Graduate/ Post Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Life Insurance.
