Rules & Regulations :
- Recruiting life insurance advisors through tale calling, cold calling & references.
- Following their 100 hours training & IRDA examination.
- Training them for passing IRDA examination.
- Training them for selling various life insurance products.
- Making business call jointly with them.
- Following with operations for issuance of policies.
- Ensuring policy reaches to the customer.
- Taking advisors out for meal to build good relation.
Desire Candidates :
Graduation : Graduation Required in any field.
Experience : 2+ years experience on field sales.
Locality : Minimum 3 years in current city.
