Role & Responsibility :
1. It is a team Handling role.Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
2. Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.
3. This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.
4. Advisors can get commission on their sales.
5. If your Performance is good you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives+manager role.
6. 100% Field work No leads will be Given by Company.
7.Candidates should have atleast 2 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.
