Manager - Business Development - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a sales Manager. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors)
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase company offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Handle customer concerns, issues, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Required Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
- Must be Graduate
- Must be local candidates
- Age between 21 to 38 years
- Android-based smartphone.
