Manager - Business Development - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Will be in charge of managing a group of advisors
- Mainly in charge of advancing and creating a robust variable agency model within the region
- Using the variable agency model to deliver the top-line revenue figures
- Will be in charge of reaching the Channel's renewal goals.
- Preferable from Only Life Insurance Agency Background.
- Expertise in establishing and growing a sales force.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
