Manager - Business Development - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- In view of the reality that a number of the top life insurance companies work in the agency vertical, we have urgent openings for the position of Business Sales Manager.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and put into action agency channel strategies to achieve your income and sales targets.
- You need to hire, develop, and oversee a team of agents if you want to guarantee high performance and output.
- Recognize and analyses market trends and opportunities if you want to expand the agency channel and improve your wealth.
- Establish and uphold powerful bonds with representatives, clients, and significant stakeholders.
- Keep track of and evaluate the agency channel's success, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and agent retention.
- Work together with other company teams to make sure the sales and marketing strategies are successful.
Candidate Information :
- A passing grade in any subject is required.
- Candidates with a 10+2+ Diploma are also eligible to register. (3 years)
- Gender has no bearing.
- Age: between 22 and 38
- Expertise : between 2 and 5 years' expertise in the insurance or financial services industries
- The ability to shift when necessary.
