In India's Leading Life Insurance Company, we are hiring a Channel Sales Manager for the Health-Agency Channel. See the job description below for further information.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruit advisors and business partners.

- Organize the legal education

- Organize choreography on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Conduct business associate meetings every day, every week, and every month.

- Budgeting and monthly goal-setting exercise

- joint fieldwork with business partners and source insurance policy advisors

- Promote business issuances and submissions

- clearance of outstanding cases for paperwork and health requirements as part of the issuance procedure

- tracking sales targets and providing updates as needed.

- monitoring the sales team's performance and activity.

- coordinating lead generation with marketing.

- maintaining salespeople's training.

- Through encouragement, guidance, and instruction in product expertise, you may develop your sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Having the Best Communication Skill

- Degree - any Bachelor's degree

- Min. 2 to 4 years experience in sales & marketing ( Field Sales )

- Team handling experience & knowledge required
