Manager - Business Development - Kitchen Appliances (0-4 yrs)
- Responsible for pleasantly handling the walk-in and appointment-based customers to the Experience Centre, by explaining every aspect of the product using demo sessions & maintaining a database of the same with the reporting manager.
- Reviewing and monitoring processes to ensure exemplary overall CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in the monthly Customer Experience Audit.
- Running and monitoring processes for Data Collection, follow-ups, back-tracking and visiting the clients & influencers (Architects / Designers / Kitchen Manufacturers / Interior Contractors etc.) of each customer leads, that would assist towards order closure.
- Achievement of Sales Target with Walk-in customer lead conversion towards closure. Monitoring processes for liquidation of products on basis of sales schemes. Effectively & proactively coordinating with the Service Team for revamp/renovation/installation issues within the Experience Centre.
- Monitoring the condition of the Experience Centre's health and Hygiene and ensuring that the Experience Centre is always presentable and well maintained with the help of the housekeeping staff.
- Effectively convene live cooking demo sessions / events / activations on appointment basis for Influencers & customers by coordinating with the Chef / Vendors. Qualitative assessment of Performance
