Business Development Manager - IT Contractual Staffing.

- Generate new clients Expand existing client business-India Staffing.


- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.

- Be accountable for revenue targets Client relationship management.

- Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.

- Partnering and identify opportunities for IT Services project Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business.

- Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients for Repetitive Business.

- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets (IT major).

- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.

- Maximize your sales, business development, and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.

- Achieve agreed on revenue goals/profitability targets/share and personal development goals.

- Client Management, delivery management.

- Team /Recruiter management to ensure adherence to client commitments.

- Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when the requirement.

Qualification And Experience :

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the Indian market & Experience in closing Contract, Contract to hire positions as per the client needs

2. Must have prior relationships with IT hiring managers with a consistent track record of placements with them

3. Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.

4. Should be able to work independently work end-to-end in pursing placements/revenue targets.

5. Expert level technical recruitment skills. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude

6. Power user MSOffice and related products.

7. Demonstrate a passion to win and drive for results Must be able to generate, qualify and close the business opportunities.

8. Research and Strategy skills for Market Knowledge Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

9. Ability to adapt to changing work & business priorities.

10. Experience in lead generation, talking to clients, fixing appointments, follow up with clients required.

11. Having existing relationships with clients to bring immediate business would be a plus.

12. Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm.
