Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (7-15 yrs)
Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing businesses.
- Interact with clients on daily bases and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Collaborate with IT recruitment team.
- Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management.
- Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing accounts.
- Should be able to build and grow the sales team.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation etc.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
- Hands-on business development experience in recruitment industry is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in acquiring clients from market for staffing is mandatory
- Strategy development, Planning and Reporting
- Demonstrated and proven sales result
- Go-getter with a strong passion for Sales/ Business Development
