Summary Of The Role :


- Sales Manager (IT Staffing) is a full-time managerial role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., working in conjunction with the Leadership - IT Staffing. Primarily responsible for the Sales & Business Development for IT Staffing Business Unit & developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.

Must Have To Be Successful In This Role :


- Prior experience of at least 5 - 8 years into Sales of IT Staffing/MSP/RPO

- Someone who is passionate for achieving annual sales targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends

Main Duties And Responsibilities :


- Should have prior exp of Business Development/Sales in IT Staffing.

- Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.

- Should have IT talent deployment exposure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.

- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments

- Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to clients

- Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives

- Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities

- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.

- Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers

- Leadership Skills : Sales Manager (IT Staffing) should be a go getter and take responsibilities to successfully add new logos to the organization, coordinating with internal team, resources, and following policies effectively, so strong leadership skills are vital to this position

- Time Management : Sales Manager (IT Staffing) works on various tasks at once and need to be self-motivated, as often they are completing these tasks under their own direction. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals are met

- Problem-Solving Skills : As issues arise within an Organization, Sales Manager (IT Staffing) should be able to identify them and resolve them quickly and efficiently for the sake of the business

- Decision-Making Abilities : A key part of being a successful Sales Manager (IT Staffing) is the ability to make decisions that benefit the organization and work towards goals, strategies, and policies. They make decisions on a regular basis and choose the best course of action
