Key Responsibilities :
- Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings.
- Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing across PAN India.
- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
- Meet and exceed company's staffing targets.
- Execute the business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
- Should have good experience in domestic market.
- Should have work experience in Permanent as well as contract staffing.
Skillset :
- 5+ years related to business development experience in IT Staffing and Consulting.
- Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
- Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
