Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (2-6 yrs)
- Candidate should have end to end experience in Contract Staffing. C2H hiring and IT staff augmentation
- Hands on experience in client acquisition and business development
- Candidate should have strong knowledge of IT market, resource deployment and understanding of different strategies of new client acquisitions
- Highly motivated and driven with excellent communication skills
- Identify new opportunities: Research markets, network, and meet with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Pitch to prospects: Present the company's products or services to potential customers
- Manage client relations: Provide expert advice and support to key customers
- Monitor and report: Track performance and report on sales and growth
- Analyze competitors: Research competitors to identify areas for improvement
