Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (2-5 yrs)
JK Technology Services is a boutique staffing company serving IT companies since 2014. JK Technology Services has been immensely successful in creating a global network of highly adept intelligent workforce that can help a company achieve their mission-critical projects and goals.
We are looking for BDM's who already have established relationships and can bring us new vendorships in the first 30 days of Hiring.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Staffing Industry.
- Candidate must have strong client contacts and a strong client base.A candidate who can commit a good number of closures in a given time of span.
- Placement of a minimum of 3-5 consultants per month highly encouraged. Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier-1 Vendors, Implementations Partners & clients.
- Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
