Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (10-20 yrs)

Role :
- This is a full-time on-site role, located in Hyderabad. As a US IT BDM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy for the IT staffing and services business, maintaining and building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities by leveraging your extensive network and market knowledge. You will track industry trends, keep track of employee satisfaction and follow up with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- A university degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT staffing and services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
- A strong network of US-based clients and an understanding of the US market is preferred.
- Collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
