Manager - Business Development - IT Solutions (5-12 yrs)
Candidate should have ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company, can build consensus and achieve goals.
- Should have driven Business Development for IT Solutions, Consulting, Services
- Shall be interacting with client personnel (CXO level ) on a regular basis.
- Should be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to independently take client issues develop solution themes based on original thinking
- To be responsible for generating business from given geography
- To catalyze the business development for IT Solutions by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization
- Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion. Track against targets and budget.
- Meet the profitability, revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction.
- Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision making process.
- Assist in marketing and presales activities.
