This is a superb opportunity for a New Business Development Manager to join a well-established IT solutions provider. As a New Business Development Manager you will be required to sell the company's solutions and services to new and existing customers. You will be led by a veteran leadership team known for nurturing talent and producing first class sales professionals. Job Role: BDM- IT Solutions

Skills Required:

- Have a consultative sales approach

- New business, good track record in sales, hungry and motivated, autonomous, but able to work with a team

- Candidate must be open for travelling within India & outside as well depending upon the need of business

- Good client interaction skills, seeking task responsibility and ownership. Leading team from front and getting issues resolved in time

- Identify, follow-up and close new business opportunities

- Advocate and promote products and services to existing and new customers

- Prepare and deliver presentations and pricing proposals to meet the needs of the sales process

- Build a customer database to ensure a healthy sales pipeline

- Take an active role in supporting all marketing efforts as required

- Should be very much innovative in sense of elaborating new ideas

- Should be creative & problem solver

Candidate should have:

- Selling experience in a B2B, target-driven environment

- Proven track record of selling software solutions specially for Indian market.

- Understanding of the IT service & Consulting sector

- Proven ability in engaging at a senior level with both customers and prospects

- Proven ability to produce engaging, accurate proposals

Experience Required: 5-8 Years of selling software solutions/services within India.
