We partner with our clients from design to delivery in their AI and Deep Learning journey. Our team has 10+ years of cumulative experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panipat for a Business Development in IT Services. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships, and understanding client needs to provide effective IT service solutions.

- 3 -5 years of Experience

- Prior experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry

- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales across India.

- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

- Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors and dealers across different regions.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

- Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including dealerships, corporate clients, and government entities.

- Provide insight into market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) would be preferred.

- Proven work experience of 3-5 years as a National BD manager in the IT Services industry.

- Demonstrated experience in establishing a wide network of distributors and dealers across the country.

- Experience managing a high-performing sales team.

- An ability to understand and analyze performance metrics.

- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

- Strong communication and team management skills.

- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

- Availability to travel as needed.

- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Professional sales training would be a strong advantage (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Miller-Heiman, etc.)
