Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency & IT services company. With the use of progressive approaches to digital marketing, they are able to deliver result-driven digital strategies for companies across various verticals.
In this role, you will be expanding the company's brand presence and be responsible for :
- Devising and executing a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans.
- Winning new business and achieving agreed revenue and margin targets.
- Generating high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.
- Developing new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies globally.
- Conducting regular follow-up with clients to convert them.
- Mentoring junior team members when required.
- Writing compelling business proposals, pitching business proposals to clients, negotiating and closing sales.
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Attending appropriate events and conferences and acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.
- Keeping up-to-date and maintaining a strong knowledge of all things digital.
The Profile :
- You have at least a Master's/Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with good profile clients.
- You have a proven track record of selling digital services (B2B & B2C) to good brands and corporate organisations.
- You possess a strong network of contacts that you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.
- You have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.
- You are experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- You possess great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
- You are a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi to liaise with a growing portfolio of clients.
- You demonstrate initiative & drive, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- You are willing to undertake travel when necessary.
