Manager - Business Development - IT Sales/Hardware (4-7 yrs)

- Candidate must have Bachelor's degree.

- Experience of 4 to 5 years in IT industry.

- This is Hunter's role with Sales, focused on acquiring new clients, lead identification, opportunities identification, and mainly responsible for sales/deal conversions.

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build new business for the company.

- Max allotted Package 5-6 LPA + Incentive

- Age limit between 28-35 years.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Conducting potential client to establish report and arranges meeting.

- Engage with the customer in identifying opportunities that can be further shaped into a large-scale.

- Research organizations to find new opportunities.

- Work closely to understand the client requirements.

- Understand of client's business functions, priorities, strategies, pain areas and solution options, and market trends and identify new business opportunities.

- Achieve sales growth and revenue targets AND acquire and develop a new client base

- Drive growth and responsible for revenue realization/conversions in terms of getting new logos with the futuristic opportunities with various customer segments.

- Interact with C-level across industrial sectors and Lead CTO/CIO /CXO level conversations on behalf of organisation.

- Being onsite sales-overlay/SME associate responsible for incubating and closing the deals.

- Proactive leader/SME with delivering solid-state results in the areas of IT solutions.

- Create goals for the development team & business growth and ensure they are met.

- Should be able to handle the work pressure.

- Should have good negotiation & customer prospecting skills.

- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers list updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes and follow up required

- Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized and professional.
