Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager Wherein International B2B Sales experience is must.


- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.


- They will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and providing excellent customer service. The role will be based in New Delhi.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with expertise in IT projects and digital transformations to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT and digital space, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to support digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep understanding of digital technologies, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Deep understanding of International IT products or services being offered, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in IT & Digital Transformation Sectors.

- Identifying global B2B market trends, opportunities, and potential clients in different regions or countries.

- Generating B2B leads through various channels such as digital marketing, referrals, attending industry events, and leveraging existing networks.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT projects and digital transformations through networking and lead generation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure client satisfaction.

- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.

- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and new technologies relevant to business development.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the business development team.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics related to IT and digital transformations.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients and prospects.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
