Job Description :

- Looking for an experienced Business Development or Sales Executives / Manager with proven track record.

- Generate Sales and Business Development through client development from US market and India as well.

- Responsible for the planning and development, organization, and evaluation of sales activities and functions, formulates forecasts and goals for target clients and target markets and executes the company marketing strategies through sales activities towards fulfillment of the revenue goals and profit (Margin) goals established. Also responsible for maintaining and locating new teaming partners relationships and helping to discover new avenues of work to increase and expand the company's growth and profitability

- Cold Calling potential clients in USA,

- Experience minimum 2 Years to 3 years into Sales / BD.

- Lead Generation Activity, Relationship Management.

- Good Communication, interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.

- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.

- Candidate must be comfortable working for night shift.

- Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.

- Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.

- Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.

- Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations and closings.

- Candidate should be able to develop new and existing customer relationships both at tactical and strategic level.

- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.

- Highly motivated, flexible, ambition to succeed and demonstrated ability to works to-wards stated goals.

- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.

- Must possess a Bachelor's degree and MBA is a plus.
