Manager - Business Development - IT Hardware (2-6 yrs)

IDEAL BACKGROUND

- BSc in IT/Physics or BE in Electronic/Computers with MBA

- well spoken, good at written and spoken English

- Should have done a sales job before in B2B, know prospecting, product/service demo objection handling, negotiations, closing

- Should have closed atleast 2.5 Cr in the previous year

 Traits : cool headed, positive personality, independent worker, confident, articulate, professionally ambitious yet personally humble, ability to grasp technology, ability to make small talk and make people come to ease, loves numbers and hitting targets

- Should be local to the city and have own modes of transport (local conveyance will be part of the CTC)

- Comfortable on Zoom/Teams, highly organised. Will be working from a co-working space

- Ability to think of feet (street-smarts should be proven with 3-4 great experiences of closing sales)

- Training will be intense two week training in Mumbai upon joining

- Ideal candidate from AV, IT, IT-software, EPBAX, CCTV

- Should be high energy, able to talk to mid to senior management, work with our US and UK partners to discuss cases independently

- Comfortable to do product demos if needed ("hands-on" approach to life)

 - highest integrity, reference checks will be done in detail.

ROLE

- Business Development for Technology Integration (see attached 44 slide deck attached)

- Responsible for revenues in region for projects as well as simple product sales

- will work with the design team to bring cases to the table calls, LinkedIn, Whatsapp to generate sales pipeline

- Will be given real estate databases, should have smarts to figure out deals in city for new projects, refresh projects and AMC's (Maintenance contracts)

- Will be responsible for client relationships and nurturing for future sales

- End clients, PMC's like JLL/CBRE etc and Interior Designers to be met on a daily basis

 - Should spend 1 hour a week refreshing on newer technologies
