Manager, Business Development

Nividous Software Solutions (www.nividous.com) is looking for a self-driven sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue objectives in the software services industry. This position will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, and growing new business as well as maintain long-term relationships with existing customers of Nividous across India and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals &objectives.

- Build and manage sales pipeline.-

- Articulate and effectively communicate Nividous- value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.

- Day to day management of existing accounts to expand Nividous footprint.

- Lead efforts to up sell and cross sell new services as well as Nividous RPA (Robotics Process Automation).

- Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

- Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.

- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.

- Build excellent relationship withpartner community (IBM BPM, Bizagi BPM) to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.

- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree.

- 6+ years of prior sales experience in software services industry.

- Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software & Services such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.

- Extremely good time management skills.

- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.

- Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com.
