- Nature of Experience Should have 4+ years of experience in IT sales ( software) in domestic or overseas market

- Candidates having over 3+ years of experience in E-commerce software sales would be preferred

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions. responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

- Having work experience in closing large enterprise deals using knowledge of the market & competitors.

- Identify & develop the company's unique selling.

- Ability to build network, work from outside and connect with key stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Economic & Commercial thinking and Analytical Skills

Primary Responsibilities :

- Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover & achieving set targets.

- Develop a strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability and growth

- Full responsibility for sales & marketing, managing agreed targets, controls and systems, Forge long-term relationship with customers, business partners and other associates.

- Provide detailed and accurate Sales Forecasting

- Defining KRA/KPI's for Sales & Marketing team based on marketing strategy and budget and ensuring the team performance and accomplishment of targets

Working Days : 5 Days Week (Monday to Friday)

- Weekoff (Saturday & Sunday)
