- Client Acquisition along with Business Development & Management focusing on IT Projects Outsourcing, Selling IT Services ( UX/UI, Mobile Application Development, Product Engineering, Salesforce CRM Services and Web Development) , IT Contract Staffing (India, EMEA, South America, UK & US Market), Business Operations.

- Business Development & Lead Generation, Presentation, Fixing Appointment and meeting with CXO Level ( CFO, CE0, CTO,CIO)

- Used LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Seamless, Zoom Info, Zig Shaw, Hoovers to generate leads.

- Perform a wide range of sales support activities including prioritizing leads to optimize sales, maintaining data within the Hub Spot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, setting appointments, conducting product demonstrations and answering general questions throughout the sales process

- Conducting web based interactive product demonstrations for customers.

- Providing a high level of customer service to assigned clients.

- Communicating with high profile clients, Sharing Proposals and Presentations.

- Giving clients support during all stages of a sale.

- Writing up email proposals from Salesforce Development to Implementation, RPA Path, Block Chain, .

- Qualifying potential new customers.

- Growing existing business relationships and acquiring new ones.

- Conducting daily B2B cold-calls.

- To ensure that all customers get timely and high quality after sales services and improve quality of sales.

- To ensure the smooth functioning of the Pan India Contract Staffing Unit operations; adherence to the defined processes and compliance to internal and external

regulations.

- Making cold calls, objection handling and setting up conference calls and appointments with C-level executives across various verticals.

- Conducted market research in order to identify potential clients and areas for sales revenue increase.

- Communicated with existing customers via phone or email, developed and

maintained professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Leverage existing databases/connections with companies.

- Utilize LinkedIn, networking events, industry-specific forums, communities, and exhibitions to establish connections with target companies.

- Source potential clients through a variety of online and offline channels.

2. Lead Communication:

- Engage with leads generated through all available means.

3. Sales Pipeline Management:

- Utilize CRM tools to maintain an organized and robust sales pipeline.

- Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive the sales process forward.

4. Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Engagement Model:

- Collaborate with Account Heads to address the resource requirements of various companies.

- Facilitate vendor empanelment with other companies to fulfill their resource requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful vendor partnerships.
