Job Title : Business Development Manager - IT Solutions (D365)

Requirements and Responsibilities :

Roles : Business Development Manager

Requirements :

Create Business Strategies :

- Develop comprehensive business strategies to proactively build a sales pipeline and accurately forecast business opportunities.

Strategic Relationship Building :

- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with OEMs, specifically Microsoft, and potential customers.

Collaboration with Presale/Delivery Team :

- Work closely with the presale and delivery teams at KPMG to ensure the right solutions are proposed, demonstrated, and effectively contribute to proposal preparation and closure.

Compliance and Quality Processes :

- Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and quality processes in all business development activities.

ERP & CRM Product Understanding :

- Possess a deep understanding of ERP and CRM suites of products, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Reporting :

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to provide insights into the business development pipeline, key achievements, and areas for improvement.

Experience with Microsoft (MS) :

- Previous experience working with Microsoft is preferable, particularly with a focus on Dynamics 365.

Market Understanding :

- Should have experience working in the Southern market and established relationships with CIO-level executives.

Sales Experience :

- 5-8 years of work experience in sales roles, with a strong understanding of the region's market dynamics.

Interpersonal Skills :

- Demonstrate superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with OEMs and customers.

MS Supporting Applications :

- Competency in Microsoft supporting applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
