Manager - Business Development - IT (5-10 yrs)

- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

- Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clients satisfaction and address any issues.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

- Clearly articulate the value proposition of IT products and services.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.

- Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Job Specification :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, BSc.IT, or a related field.

- Total years of experience 5+years.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record.
