We are hiring for a leading software products company with market leadership in management collaboration technology.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Identify business opportunities; research and analyse sales options, gather market and client intelligence

- Arrange meetings with potential client C-level executives to prospect for new business.

- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.


- Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage.


- Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.

- Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers.

- Negotiate the terms and achieve sales.

- Review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events.

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback and perspectives

- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.

- Willingness to travel


- Make optimum use of a leading CRM tool to capture activities.

- Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.

- Be data driven and flexible to changes with a natural passion for problem solving.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- You have at least 4 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the IT Software industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- Experience within Startup Experience, Sales Training, National Sales, Multi-country Sales and Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

- Perseverance and very high ethical standards.

- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

- Patience and maturity while dealing with ambiguity and challenging situations.

- Strong track record of business development.

- Minimum basic knowledge of corporate organisational hierarchies, stocks, markets and regulators.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in using leading CRM tools.

- Process driven and strong analytical thinking.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Ability to think outside the box, generate and implement new ideas.

- Natural interest in relationship building, team building and leadership with coaching/training skills.

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Commercial awareness
