Job Purpose :

- Strategic sales have been essential in the growth of the Company and this exciting position is looking for a dynamic professional to further build, develop and grow the business development processes and performance.

- Business Development Manager needs to be a self-motivated performer with expertise in sales planning, development and execution. The position will require the candidate to perform in a fast paced environment to lead market penetration by focusing on C-level executives of large enterprise accounts.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify business opportunities; research and analyze sales options, gather market and client intelligence

- Arrange meetings with potential client C-level executives to prospect for new business.

- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage.

- Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects;

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.

- Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers.

- Negotiate the terms and achieve sales;

- Review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events;

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback and perspectives

- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.

- Willingness to travel

- Make optimum use of a leading CRM tool to capture activities.

- Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.

- Be data driven and flexible to changes with a natural passion for problem solving.

- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

- Patience and maturity while dealing with ambiguity and challenging situations.

- Strong track record of business development.

- Minimum basic knowledge of corporate organizational hierarchies, stocks, markets and regulators.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in using leading CRM tools.

- Process driven and strong analytical thinking.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Ability to think outside the box, generate and implement new ideas.

- Natural interest in relationship building, team building and leadership with coaching/training skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Commercial awareness
