Qualification: Graduation (BE/ Btech would be an advantage)/Post Graduation
Experience: 4 - 6 years
Shift Timings: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (US Night Shift)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of recent experience is selling IT services for customers based out of the AU/ UK and USA market - Mandatory requirement.
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets.
- To develop a deep understanding of the IT service Industry processes and the Client Profile. Specially into Digital Marketing (SEO SEM), Web Design / Development, Email Development/ Email Marketing services.
- Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals getting the Agreements Done
- Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients.
- Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients
- Understand Clients Staffing/Solutions Needs by doing Clients Assessment
- Provide a Detailed Client Documentation to Talent Operations Team
- Schedule Candidate Interviews with the Client and train the junior team as well
- Should have ability of Owning, Training & Managing a Sales Team
- Should be good in sales data analysis and providing solutions to the sales team based on the assistance required by the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Candidates must be comfortable working for the AU - early morning, UK - late evening and US based night shift.
DESIRED SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS :
- People Management and Sales Team Management experience, excellent written and verbal communication
- Target chasing and ownership as well as mentoring the junior teams.
- A detailed Understanding of any one services is a must i.e. in Digital Marketing Services like SEO/ SEM, PPC, Web Design & Development, Email Development Services. Having experience in all of the 3 would be an added advantage
