We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with minimum 4+ years- experience International IT Sales industry to establish and maintain long-term relationships with domestic as well as international clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. We are into IT Development, Website Development, Web Designing, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing & other services.

Build the BDM team to generate higher value leads and convert them to customers

Experience: +4 year Experience In international IT sales

Salary: Up to 4. 5 lacs

Location: Mohali

Responsibilities:

- Identification of new business opportunities and generating target-based revenues from new customer acquisitions

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- The candidate is responsible for generating business from different channels such as online Bidding Portals, Email Marketing, Social Media, etc

- Possess an understanding of managing leads, take regular follow-ups and set up meetings.

- Should be able to create proposals in respect of technical aspect, timeframe, costing and other details as per the requirement of clients.

- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.

Skills and Specifications : 

1. Excellent Communication Skills. (Both speaking and writing)

2. Candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with IT technologies.

3. Should be Flexible in working hours as per business need

4. Good with Negotiation, Planning and Time management skills

5. Result Driven skills

6. Critical thinker and problem solver.

7. Confident and Self Motivated

- He/She would be responsible for bidding of Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Game Development, and Digital Marketing projects.

- Researching potential leads from business directories, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.

- Must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.

- Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, creative, and hard-working

- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel

- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.

- Manage and train the business development team

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 20,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
