Manager - Business Development - IT (3-8 yrs)
Role Description:
The IT Sales person (Business development manager) will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business operations, with a specialized focus on Zoho ,IT mobility (website development) , ERP , AWS, Azure , SAAS, Digital marketing , IT Staff Augmentation ,Devops , Digital marketing , Oracle , Cloud Solutions , Salesforce products. This role is primarily centered around leveraging these platforms to optimize business processes, enhance customer relationships, and drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Zoho and Salesforce ecosystems, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT Sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting meetings and providing presentations.
- Generate leads through various channels including outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach and events networking
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest technology developments.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3- 7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Sales background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and conducting sales presentations.
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems such as Zoho CRM or salesforce and other sales-related tools.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
