Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

ABOUT US:

Our client was founded in 2013, is headquartered in the USA and has dedicated presence in UAE, Turkey and India. . The company provides business analytics based services comprising of finance and accounting analytics, sales and cost analytics, supply chain analytics, operations analytics and social media analytics.

What Are We Looking For:

The growing company is looking to expand delivery capabilities and operations in India and welcomes motivated individuals to be part of its exciting journey. The company has a flat hierarchy structure which provides high visibility and involvement but at the same time demands passion to rise up to challenges.

Successful candidates will have the flare to sell by using different selling methods and effectively communicate the features of our products to various clients across middle-east and US. He/ She would be leading our efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within the regions.

What we want in the candidate:

- Must have thorough knowledge of sales processes with the ability to create and articulate solutions.

- Well organized, self-motivated with a proven track record of success in new business sales.

- Determined, results driven professional with a consultative approach to selling.

- Proven ability to create a sales opportunity within an account and close high value deals.

- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Willing to travel internationally on a periodic basis.

- Good to have exposure and knowledge of the target market in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales

- Find and develop markets/ clients for in-house products like Analytical dashboards and IT products.

- Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, cold calling, mass mailing & market research, database & etc.

- Proactively follow-up with leads.

- Ensure that key accounts are clearly identified and developed to increase sales through account planning with the top management.

- Achieve personal sales quotas for the assigned territory.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate with MBA- Marketing (preferred) and 3 to 4 years- experience in SAP/ERP sales

Keyskills : IT Sales, Marketing, ERP Sales, Pre sales, Solution Sales, Lead Generation, Market Research, Tele sales, Analytic dashboard

Experience: 3-4 years+
