Looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - International Sales.

IT Pre-sales:

- Responding RFI's/RFP's

- Proposals (basic)

Responsibilities:

1) Developing the marketing strategy in line with the Company's goals and objectives that will drive sales.

2) Explore and identify potential segment/s in International target market, build a sales plan and deliver results.

3)Build outsourcing partnerships with resellers/outsourcing agencies

4) Manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including Lead generation, estimation, proposal, follow-up and closing.

5) Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and setup effective account management.

6) Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.

7) Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.

8) Generating and submitting the required business reports to top management.
