This position requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in successfully closing sales inquiries, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Management and Qualification :
- Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads based on established criteria.
- Prioritize and focus efforts on high-value opportunities.
Sales Consultation :
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Articulate the value proposition of Bacancy Technology's products and services effectively.
Closing Strategies :
- Implement effective sales strategies to successfully close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize objection-handling techniques to address concerns and hesitations.
Collaboration with Sales Team :
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and streamlined sales process.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Reporting :
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound sales.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of sales inquiries and closures.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
