Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Noida Sector 62

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in Oracle technologies, particularly in Oracle Apps like Fusion Applications E Business Suite People Soft and related products. The ideal candidate would have a track record of successful business development in software solutions specifically in the following industries: technology, government and education.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers cultivating new business through networking referrals and cold calling among other tactics

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through understanding their needs and offering effective solutions that meet their expectations.

- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends competitive offerings and customer needs offering strategic insights to senior leadership as needed

- Actively work with customers and other stakeholders in the implementation of Oracle solutions and products ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met.

- Develop and execute sales strategies including market analysis pricing and product positioning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology marketing and sales operations to implement effective programs and campaigns that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in business development sales or related field preferably within the technology industry.

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service

- Thorough understanding of Oracle technologies specifically in Oracle Apps like Fusion Applications E Business Suite People Soft.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations

- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
