Manager - Business Development - IT (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations, etc).

- Forecast sales, develop out-of-the-box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.

- Evaluate customers' skills, and needs, and build long-lasting productive relationships.

- Meet personal and team sales targets


 - Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.

- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.

- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.

Required Skills :

- Any Graduate.

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience is required.

- Candidates from the Marine industry will be preferred.

- Need to Have ERP/SAP Experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and industry-specific analysis software.

- Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with additional work if needed.

- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services.

- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.

- Must have strong communication skills.

- Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations and site inspections.
