Job Overview:

- You will be responsible to conduct out the market research and work on business development components aligning with different businesses that aligns with the company's goals and vision.

- This requires you to keep updated on the latest Market trends and list down the market niche and trends for a stronger planning.

- In this role, you will be the handling all the Partnerships and Strategies for Business growth and we expect you to plan co-martketing, technical partnerships and strategies according to market trends. Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth in the Web3 space through developing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs.

- Utilize existing contacts and build new relationships to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Web3 products/services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of partnerships and projects.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of business development efforts.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements :

In order to be successful in the role of BDM for Web 3.0 Gaming projects, you should have the following profile requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and proactively.

- A passion for gaming and web 3.0 technologies, with an interest in staying up to date with industry trends and developments.

- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi, blockchain and crypto-asset industry.- Proven track record of successful business development and relationship management.

- Excellent market research and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Good contacts in the Web3 and DeFi industry.
