Inside Sales :

- Experience in B2B enterprise level Inside Sales with firms such as Genpact, HP, Dell, IBM, Microsoft, CSC (ok to look at folks even if they are on outsourced payroll with these firms) or Indian IT firms such as CTS or TCS.

- Should have done Enterprise solution selling through Inside sales/ offshore account management.

- More involved in the sales process (and not limited to cold calling/ lead generation).

- Elements of Pre-Sales (research accounts, identify key players, build the database).

- Go beyond telecalling to qualify prospects & closing sales.

- Executing Digital outreach & communication plans.

- Work with Inside sales manager on generating content.

- Engg/ MBA degree with at least 1-4 yrs of experience in inside sales roles.

- We shall enable video assessment for this role which will help you to gauge the candidate's Exec presence & communication skills before meeting him. All resume shortlists will need to upload a 90 second video introducing themselves and describing their Inside Sales experience.

- We need people from IT/ Research/Consulting organizations that are focused on Capital Markets. Companies Like Copal Amba, eValueserve, Cognizant, TCS, Genpact, EXL, WNS etc have large Inside Sales organizations. We need people with M&A understanding as a fundamental domain who are working on Presales, Sales, Customer Delivery.

Job Description :

- Source sales opportunities through outreach campaigns, social media and inbound lead management

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure

- Achieve quarterly quotas for sales meetings and help sales leader/ executive achieve respective sales targets

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Perform effective online demos to prospects (for cognitive applications).

Primary Responsibilities :

- Managing existing clients.

- Building database of relevant clients.

- Qualifying accounts.

- Identifying contacts.

- Outreach, followup and set-up meetings.

- Content creation.

- Review with sales partners on a weekly basis.

- Industry and market research, to stay abreast of trends and help pitch/ position services.

Job Requirement :

- Must have at least 2+ years of RELEVANT experience in Sales/Inside/Sales/Solution.

- Selling/Account management/Business development in a closing/quota bearing role.

- Willing to work in US Shift.
