We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of direct sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Initiate contact with potential customers through physical meetings, calls and emails.

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or email campaigns.

- Showcase our products/services convincingly to both existing and potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirement


- Graduate in any discipline

- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with 1-2 years of direct sales experience

- Good communication skill in Kannada and English

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
