Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Autodesk products in our company. You will be a key driver in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns

- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Autodesk products

- Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques

- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required

- Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantage

- 2-4 Years of Relevant experience required as a BDM in autodesk sales.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong knowledge of Autodesk products and the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
