Manager - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in generating leads, establishing initial contact, and converting prospects into clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth in the IT development sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- Utilize market intelligence and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prospecting:
- Establish the first point of contact with potential clients.
- Conduct effective outreach through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Present our company's services and offerings to prospects.
Client Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our web and app development services.
Conversion:
- Work towards converting prospects into clients, focusing on achieving set targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
Project Acquisition:
- Drive the acquisition of web and app development projects, including website development, web app development, desktop app development, and mobile app development.
Target-Oriented Approach:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize the sales approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT development industry.
- Strong understanding of web and app development technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
