We are currently seeking Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing mobile app, website, games sales deals. You will work to meet the targets and also handle the sales team to achieve sales and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients in the IT sector, including software companies, technology service providers.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and achieve sales objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, and project managers, through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities in the IT industry.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentations tailored to the IT market segment.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and stay updated on the latest technology advancements.

- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase the company's IT solutions and secure new business.

- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in IT sales and team handling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel if required.
