POSITION: Business development manager

Job Description :

- Perform market research to identify new opportunities, develop and drive strategies for pursuing those new opportunities via an established business development funnel

- Assess, clarify and communicate customer's needs. Translate customer needs into specific, actionable initiatives

- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

- Foster and develop meaningful relationships with customers/clients to ensure that they are retained

- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise prospects/clients about them

- Drive and expand engineering services & solutions sales

- Own & execute promotional strategy and activities

- Create marketing collaterals including white papers, case studies, presentations etc. for promoting the services and solutions

- Suggesting upgrades/recommendations on services and solutions based on feedback/interest from clients or market demand

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients

- keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world to ensure the business offerings remain relevant

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- 10+ years- experience with demonstrable success in business development domain; at least 4+ years of direct experience in engineering services domain

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead presentations

- Should have experience and able create marketing collaterals

- Should be flexible to travel across within and outside of India

- Should have excellent networking skills; Should be a people person

- Should be interested and open to adopt new ideas and methods of working

QUALIFICATION : B.Tech/B.E (or) MBA(Marketing)

EXPERIENCE : 8-17 years

SALARY RANGE : 12-15LPA

Location - Hyderabad
