Manager - Business Development - IT (1-5 yrs)
- He/she will be handling team of telesales, sales & marketing executive.
- He/she will be responsible of taking care of management & administration of the company.
- He/she will be responsible for new lead generation (both on phone & field work) & will also be capable enough to drive business through existing leads.
- He/she will be open enough to work on references by maintaining good professional relation with clients.
- He/she will be responsible for overall revenue and business generation for the company.
- He/she will be able of completing monthly & yearly targets (both directly & team) and achieving given targets.
- He/she will going out on fields with team and individually for cracking a meeting and for giving business presentation.
- Also He/she will be responsible of making business presentation and plan.
- He/she should be capable enough to think and come up with good business ideas and promote the same.
- Writing Proposals & specifications.
- Sales & duty roster maintenance.
- Conducting training programs & workshops.
- Hiring instructors & staffs.
- Collaboration with other departments.
- Competitive analysis
- Analyse new potential clients and work on them.
- Find HNI clients.
- Entrepreneur skills & good managerial skills required.
- Target oriented & should be able to work under pressure.
- Flexible for field work and with timings.
- Good market knowledge.
- Should be able to put proposals and quotations in front of clients.
- Should have good negotiation & dealing skills
