Job Description for Business Development Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be ready for a field job and actively generate the leads of communities/apartments.
- Acquiring new gated communities in the assigned geography.
- Promoting Application and selective offers to customers timely.
- Generating sales from new customers and sales growth from existing customers by upselling.
- Closely monitoring the competitors movement in assigned geography
1. Preparing MIS and Reporting.
2. Expertise and Qualifications:
3. Graduate in any field
4. Good communication skills (Tamil/Kannada/Marathi/Gujrati)
5. Good presentation skill
6. Basic knowledge of computers
Key Skills:
- Sales, Promotions, Acquisition Sales, Generating Leads
Prerequisite:
- Note : This is regarding Field Sales B2C and IT Software Sales
- Must have his own 2 Wheeler/Vehicle
- Must have knowledge of Regional language (Kannada/Marathi)
- Salary : Upto 5 LPA including Allowance
- NOTE : Must have his own 2 Wheeler/Vehicle
