- Looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience, with a background in BSc IT or BCA, complemented by additional qualifications such as BBA, MBA, or PGDM. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in lead generation, delivering compelling sales pitches, and achieving targets within specified timelines. The candidate should be technically qualified, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation :

- Utilize various channels to identify and connect with potential leads.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Technology Sales Exposure :

- Leverage technology sales experience to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to tailor solutions accordingly.

3. Sales Pitches :

- Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches to prospective clients.

- Clearly communicate technology solutions and their impact on client needs.

4. Target Achievement :

- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

5. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Understand client needs and provide effective technology-driven solutions.

6. Technical Qualifications :

- Possess a technical background in BSc IT or BCA.

- Demonstrate the ability to identify and understand customer needs, particularly in the technology sector.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in BSc IT or BCA.

- Additional qualifications such as MCA, MBA, or PGDM are a plus.

- 0-4 years of relevant sales experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
