Manager - Business Development - International Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for Business Development Managers(IT Sales) for Noida for an IT Company.
Experience: 3-6 Years in IT Sales
Sales Target: In line with Company's Marketing strategy
Reporting to: Head -Business Development
We are a fast-growing IT/ Data analytics Company with 12 years of successful IT services/ software exports to USA, Europe and Australia.
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to be based out of Company's India Headquarters in Noida (NCR). He/she will work as a AM/Manager- Direct Sales to- work on sales strategy for global markets, work on business development with direct customers in USA, establish strategic alliances and channels for direct sales and outsourcing. This is a result-oriented role for expansion and growth of Company's IT and Data analytics services.
What do you need to have?
- Education: MBA (Marketing) full time from reputed Management Institute/University. BE/B.Tech.
background will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in business development for IT, Software and Outsourcing services in USA/ other overseas markets.
- Good selling attitude, target oriented & ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Client requirement analysis, Proposal writing, tracking and closing sales.,.
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Open to travel, as and when required.
- Good network and Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
What you need to do?
- Developing the marketing strategy in line with the Company's goals and objectives that will drive sales.
- Explore and identify potential segment/s in International target market, build a sales plan and deliver results.
- Build outsourcing partnerships with resellers/outsourcing agencies
- Manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including Lead generation, estimation, proposal, follow-up and closing.
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and setup effective account management.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.
- Generating and submitting the required business reports to top management.
