Manager - Business Development - Interior Design (7-10 yrs)
- Have prior experience in working in Interior Contracting Companies is a MUST
- Have good connections with PMC and Architects.
- Deep working knowledge about builders/ property agents
- Should be good in making PPT and present them too
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Should know, understand about competitor mapping
- Experience in selling in corporate interiors is a must.
- Ability to give high impact presentations
- Sound technical aptitude to understand product specifications and quality certifications
- Good idea about Tender/BOQ process and quotation making
- System orientation and experience of working in an organized set-up
- Must be able to multi-task and manage the business.
- Should have his own transportation
IT Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience of working on any CRM/Sales Force Reporting system will be a plus
- Good exposure of internet
